What Angles Should I Select?
It depends on what club you're hitting. The goal is to match the angle of the foam rod with the angle of your club's shaft when you're in your golf posture.
GENERAL GUIDE TO PICKING THE RIGHT ANGLE:
65 degree slot: 9i - Wedges
58 degree slot: 4i (or hybrids) - 8i
50 degree slot: 3i (or hybrid) - Driver
DISC PLACEMENT
3/4 club length away from the ball (both in front of the ball and behind).
In line with target line (see diagram below).
